I used to be able to leave him stuck with the battery, now he pulls 320mA, pulled all fuses and relays, no change. I also pulled the plug of the ZV pump once, no change. Vehicle with key locked and maintained, no change in consumption.

Da kann man nur ins Blaue spekulieren.
Ziehe (nochmal) alle Sicherungen und Relais. Dann schraube an der Batterie den Minuspol ab und kontaktiere ihn an der Batterie wieder per Hand. Lausche und höre ob irgendwo ein Relais klackt oder etwas pfeift.
Ansonsten schauen und suchen ob etwas amateurmässig angeschlossen wurde.
