Hey, guys.
I had to take out the front window in my 200's because of rust on the frame. Unfortunately, the rubber broke. The disc glue was so thin on it that the clamps were almost on the sheet metal. no chance to expand all this safely, the wire is torn immediately. Also with the latest tool from us with cord etc. I couldn't do it because you didn't get between the brackets. The chrome frame is still fine, but the rubber's gone. Does any of you know if you can take another rubber and make the old chrome frame on it?
I've already read that you can take seals from the T4 or Audi 80/90, but does the old chrome frame fit somehow?

Hallo.
Mir ist nichts bekannt, dass der V8-Chromrahmen auf andere Scheibenrahmengummiprofile passt.
Vor wenigen Wochen hat der Frank Ziehm einen neuen Rahmen für 300 Euro beim Internetauktionshaus verkauft.
Vielleicht hat er noch einen weiteren Liegen oder von einem Schlachter einen Gebrauchten holen...
