Hello!
I recently bought a new Denso compressor (R12) because the old one has leaked to the housing.
My climate has already been upgraded to R134a. Nevertheless, I would like to install a new dryer and a new throttle as it should be. The throttle isn't the problem, the dryer is.
I need the "old" R12 dryer with the number 441 820 191 A. This was still available a few months ago via VW Classic Parts, now it is no longer available there, but of course not with the tradition either.
What do you want me to do? My current trocker is ca. 2 1/2 years old and changed to R134a during the conversion. The current compressor is not worn out but only leaks, the system also works so flawlessly, as it is only minimal leaking.
Do you think I should leave the current dryer?
LG, Daniel
