Siderollos thorn broken as repair

==References== Heckrollo I also got side blinds which unfortunately both have to be repaired.
In both cases, the thorn is broken off which must be inserted into the door frame.
Does anyone have a proposal like I could fix the problem? Drilling and glue in a new plastic pin?
I want to keep it as true as possible to the original.
I also have to close the crack in the case somehow.

Oh yes and I need the lower holders on the door panels, what are the considerable alternatives?
