hardly on 01.04. my V8 taken into operation after hibernation just two weeks later it gives me a task that was not planned. On Monday in nice weather a ride made and surprised that he is powerful at the heating at set 22 degrees (outside temperature 22 degrees) down to 19 and myself wondered about the cooling performance... back and forth, and there were just the two extremes.
Arrived at home, the forum searched through, climate error codes found and verified 8.5 came out...Thank you at this point that there is this forum with the people who keep it alive!
Now to my actual questions:
- basically diagnosis right?
- Buy V68 new or a working used one? Tend to new, if there are still new ones and then hopefully have rest with the part for the next 20 years?
-I read during installation that you should plug in the new flap and adjust the climate to 22 degrees so that it can be installed at all? Other tricks you should know?
- Can I change anything around the mouth with this "opportunity"?
==References== The levers on the flap new, seal from the lid... Or something else that I could swap to sleep more quietly?

Ich würde den als generalüberholten von einem Bekannten Auktionshaus nehmen. Lag glaube um die 60 Euro und läuft super.
Der Einbau geht an sich gut, am besten ist es, wenn du einen sehr langen Kreuzschraubendreher benützt, so brauchst du das Gestänge von den Wischern nicht zu demontieren.
Beim Einbau des neuen Motors die Klima auf Hi oder Low stellen, je nach dem was du für eine Einstellung gewählt hast, die Klappe händisch auf deine Vorauswahl umstellen. Den neuen Motor auf jeden Fall elektrisch auf die Voreinstellung fahren lassen, erst wenn er seine endpostion hat, den Hebel wieder montieren. Dann alles rückwärts zusammen setzen

Ich würde zuerstmal nachschauen was die Klappe blockiert. Das bedeutet 8.5 nämlich und nicht, dass der Motor defekt ist.
