Hello D3 screwdriver

I guess I have a problem with my D3, Bj 04/2003, 3.7 L. When starting, the engine clacks on the passenger side as if an ancient tractor wants to start. After 3-5 seconds, that's over. Then he purrs again. With the D11, if the noise were quieter, I would close to the restraint valve. But it's extremely loud here. Can that be due to the valves? Must also say that I have oil loss on this side. Looks like a ventic lid seal. I haven't been able to find out exactly yet. There is also a Prins VSI II in the way. The oil loss is visible in the engine compartment, it smells well burned at the beginning of the ride. Drum on the cracker. But only at the beginning, if the engine is switched off after a short drive. There's nothing to smell after a long distance. It's also little oil loss. No drops are visible on the ground. Emotionally, the oil runs out after turning off the engine and not while driving. Is that possible? Are other known errors known as causes of the model? The loud clacking, above all.
