Loading pressure too high after loader exchange on the A4 1.8t

Dear fellow forists, our second car has a problem, maybe one of you had already solved it.

Here is the location: The turbocharger of our A4 1.8t AEB spewed the control valve of its wastegate into the catalyst after a good 367000km completed, which caused me to procure and install a new replacement loader.

When the test drive is done, the thing pushes on tremendously, with loaders, something that he has never done before, while switching, you hear the PopOff valve, something new.

But, at strong speed and about 3000min-1 a strong jerk, gas off, everything back to normal. Normally everything accelerates well, just much stronger than with the old loader.

Diagnosis made, error 544 charging pressure exceeded after maximum.

Oh, that's just how it feels. (The jerking comes because the ECU then automatically activates the push-off until the charging pressure has fallen again.)

The charge pressure control consists of a hose connection between the compressor side and the pressure box into which the solenoid valve N75 is dragged, which has a connection to the suction hose.

If the solenoid valve is flowless, the can is loaded with the charging pressure and it opens and thus closes the wastegate analogous to the charging pressure and thus limits the maximum charging pressure.
If the valve is charged, the control line to the can is pressureless and the wastegate is closed.

So I removed the plug from the (also new) solenoid valve N75 to prevent any procedure, without effect, so that's not what it is.

The pressure lines between the can, the solenoid valve and the compressor housing are new and dense, and I'm baffled.

Of course, I've already searched the net and found a lot of posts that have the same problem, but as so often, of course, no solution. Except for one, where the solenoid valve was stuck open and therefore, of course, it had no charge pressure control.

Of course, I also made the solenoid valve work. When I drive normally, nothing breaks and consequently there is no error entry, because the maximum charging pressure is not exceeded.

Does any of you have any idea?

So zuletzt beim rechten Scheinwerfer-Dichtrahmen.
