I'm trying to get the electrics piece by piece. To eliminate shortcomings in my D11. To do this, it is also necessary to restore an original condition here and there. I'm just hanging on the circuit of the EFH in the driver's door.
Initial situation:
The window lifter at the driver's door only works when the combustion engine is off and only the ignition is on. Then the window lifter motor is very difficult, a voltage measurement indicates 10,5V potential difference, with the other i.o. I can measure the battery voltage (11.6V+) at the respective switch in the console. If the internal combustion engine is running, the EFH engine only twitches regularly. I suspect that there is no reasonable mass in the circuit, the 12V supply voltage will get through when I measure directly against vehicle mass.
Problems:
I'm on the electr. Troubleshooting multiple things detected:
(1) The control unit for window lifters, J139, 441959257A) has a number of rather unsightly soldering points (see Annex). Unfortunately, for me it is not clear at all solder points whether these should really have contact with the neighbouring solder points. It seems to me that something has been "broken" here before.
(2) Two normal relays have been installed in the driver's door, presumably later, and have been incorporated into the existing circuit rather provisionally. I would like to do without these again.
So the following two questions arise to me:
(a) Can you tell me what the boards of the J139 control unit should look like so that I can either solder them myself or give them away for soldering?
(b) I understand correctly that in the original state only the J139 control unit is responsible for all EFH circuits, i.e. for control and load circuits and that if the J139 control unit functions correctly No more relays for the basic function Windows up/down Needed is?
Hope I didn't kill you with the information flood, and you can help me.
