Panasonic Bose Sound System

Hello.

have just returned my V8 after extensive renovation (simmering, seals, sensors, brakes, rear shock absorbers).

Now I wanted to switch the built-in radio.
The radio is a Japanese model with CD-changer and also not fúnctioniert with the frequency adapter properly. I have now been looking for a European replacement.

Now the radio has the 3 typical flat plugs, a ground cable, 2 jack plugs and a round plug.

Did the German model also have these connections? Do you need all the connections to operate the speakers and the CD changer?
Is there a radio for the shaft width 19cm?
