Guide rubbers of side windows

My V8, which I have been moving for 8 years now - also with your help - has extreme problems with all window lifters,

One of the causes is the now more than 30 years old (Filz) gummis, which lead the side slices.

I'd like to renew them all.

Now I'm a little perplexed:

1. what do you call these rubbers correctly?
2. Where to take and not steal? In the bay etc. I don't think so.

Furthermore, I need a red STOP switch, with which the rear window lifters can be switched off.
