4,2 switch / coupling over

I'm just preparing my white monster, as he's about to be 30... I'm just hanging on the coupling, either one of the two cylinders is fixed or pressure plate. In any case, the pedal is broken. The driver cylinder on the gearbox is hard to figure out with the eye, does anyone know how to get to it? And matching replacement, original are both long out of print. I'm grateful for any help.
