I have dealt with the days with my defective controller Bosch 0261203226 441907557E ABH 4.2, because it has dropped a memory error in the fault memory and the UV Eprom (Chip) has lost its memory over the years. After a long search in the net I have now found the old chips to read out and replace them with better compatible alternatives.
I have already secured these ECUs chipfiles
441907557E ABH 4.2 Software 357441, Tuning File Stage 1 available, but not yet tested
441907557D ABH 4.2 Software 357441
The ECU version E+D are compatible with all ABH automatic motors. Probably also switch there. the coding usually takes place via plug on the connector via pin assignment on the control unit. The E version was the last software update of Audi with e.g. improved idle stability.
