Climate control and actuators

I have a problem with my actuators V68.V70 and V85 and need your help.
In Audi, the error memory was read out and determined that the actuators are blocked or have no voltage.
Previously, I had installed a new complete V68 actuator with Poti and tested the temperature valve, which was easy to run and fine.
But since normally not three actuators at once the service failure I assume it is due to the control (no voltage measured by actuator V68 ) or?
In addition, my cruise has given up the spirit.
If I install another climate control unit, what would I have to pay attention to?
I have a `92 ,4,2L with the new climate control panel and wanted to get a control panel from an same V8 Bj. etc install to test whether the error is due to the control.
Do I have to pay attention to coding or something like that?
Or is the mistake somewhere else?
Who has a tip or advice for me, please report.
