Set steering game (when it cracks)

All those who have the repair guide: The page can be found under "Fahrwerk" subgroup 48 page 35/36.

Two mechanics are required to adjust. The adjustment shall be made in the case of the vehicle parked and the vehicle on the wheels.

-wheels in straight exhibition
-By moving back and forth (about 30° around the centre axle) of the steering wheel,
A rattle- and knacl-sound audible to large steering game
-the second mechanic carefully turns the adjustment screw (the middle screw on the housing cover) into the lid until the noise of the flaps and cracks in the interior of the vehicle is lost.
-Then the adjustment screw is to be screwed in about 45° (= 1/8 revolution) further
-Execute sampling
-Lenkung does not go back on its own in straight exhibition
-Turn the adjustment screw back about 15°
-Execute sampling

I myself have not yet managed to adjust the steering game, but I also have these sounds. Please report on your experience.
