My window lifter on the passenger's side doesn't work the way it should.
It is now increasingly common that the window does not open at all

Before I switch the window lifter, I wanted to ask what else could be the cause.

Hört sich an wie ein Kontaktproblem ???
Versuche es bitte mal mit Kontaktspray bei deinen Schaltern. Richtig vollaufenlassen, das löst Korrosion und bringt die Kontakte einander näher.
Die FH.-Schalter müssen dazu nicht einmal ausgebaut werden.
Bei mir hat es jedenfalls Erfolg gebracht.
Probleme bereiten eigentlich immer die hinteren FH.-Schalter, da sie nicht so oft betätigt werden.
Nach einer längeren Winterpause kann sich das aber auch bei den vorderen FH. einstellen.
