Radio connection

Hello!
Can any of you help me?
1. Where can I still get the old Audi ISO adapter to ISO New + Cinch Pre Out???
2. Active system: in my 3.6er a dealer had connected the said adapter to the Bose, respectively with a "commercial" radio (i.e. external factory) via Cinch output. Nokia Active System. At that time, however, something was tinkered with the mass + shift plus to make it work. Does any of you have any idea what to do???
