Since our light switches are known to be responsible for the total failure of the dipped-beam and for what just happened to me, I have made the effort (yes, actually!
) and the switch opened, contacts cleaned and reassembled.If you are interested, I would like to put the instructions in the FAQ.
So far, everything works perfectly again.
