3pol. Light bulb socket turn signal front

Hey, guys!

I'm looking for a 3. P.P. Pear holder for my V8 turn signal front for the 2 phase operation 5W/21W!
Does any of you know if any VW Audi model has fitted such a version or does any of you have the part number? the US flashing?

Thx. and greetings from Graz,

Roland...
