Hi, guys.
Three "noise and feelings" make me stunned and partly. Nervous.
1. When I switch from D to R and return, I always have a KLONG and a hearty jerk, you can hear metal banging on metal. After swapping my engine bearings, I had the feeling that this would have improved, but somehow I noticed again. Can a gear bearing or something have gone hops? Doesn't it do that much good if it's knocked through like this - or are it just the differential games at the Quattro?
2. If I give a bit of heavy gas in the cold state (no kickdown), so that it turns up a bit (not too far, it's not really warm), then the pleasant high-pitched engine noise is such a kind of loud rubbing or even knocking, hard to explain. If it's warm, it's gone. It is with climate and without the same, and I already know the sound of my rather noisy compressor - that's not it. What could that be?? Sounds like something would turn up, but with interruptions...
3. I drove Jochem's V8 (170tkm, my 260), and it really switches off buttery soft. I changed the gear oil with my filter professionally in the spring, before 20tkm. change (was everything as it should be), and after that everything was top. But since autumn, switching has been, especially. when it's cold, not so really soft anymore - I was thinking about the cold at first, but it's obviously different. It always switches well, and the gearbox is error-free (acc. ==References== ATF stand fits, too. I have to say that I had a few very fast trips in S, can it be that the ATF is worn out again?
Probably everything is only Peanuts (due to V8 and ghosts), but sure is :
Thank you and greetings
Bastian

Hallo

einfach nochmal suchen
gruss Hans-Jürgen
