Maintenance and Questions

Since something is supposed to appear the Summer Sun tomorrow, I would like to wait my car.. :-)

My end candles are relatively old over 50 TKM, how long do they last? So far, everything's going to go undisturbed. Unfortunately, I no longer have any tools for these things.
Last I had replaced these at Bosch - can I also buy cheap from supermarket for 20 EUR?
(...and it also says Bosch)

Then I wanted to tackle my problem:

It actually only comes out air at the top of the dashboard, nothing at all in the middle, just a little down there, what can it be? Can I fix this as an autolaie?
At -15 it took me almost 20min to exceed the 20 degree+ mark.
