Hi, guys!

The self-repaired empty-flow control valve functions again! It happens that there is a bite (approx. at 1000 tours). After one gas in the idle pencdel it settles again to approx. 800 are coming in!

The problem with the emergency run (remains constantly on the third gear) I would have also solved so far! The plug from the throttle valve was full of green span! It was so extreme that even the zinc layer on the contacts (silver) was totally gone! I drove in with the contact spray once.
I've been driving for quite a while since then! Just before I got home, he stopped on the 3 again!
I'm gonna try to lose contact a little bit so they don't even start to oxidize anymore! This also improves the conductivity!

Furthermore, I found that some coolant is lost somewhere! I'm gonna get rid of the floor plate and see what's wrong!

You know what's most common in the coolant circuit?

Thank you in the Vorasus for your help !

PS.: It's really great here in the forum!

Hi Christian.

(Luftfilter ausbauen)
Mein Dicker verliert dort ganz leicht Kühlflüssigkeit. Werds Samstag dichten......

Gruß
