Locking device for camshaft

I want to lock the camshafts properly and not "crafting". The Audi dealer replied to my question if I could borrow the lock-up.: No, we don't give them, we want to make money ourselves, you bring the car here.
So that's hot... . That's why I'm asking you to borrow the two parts for a weekend. I am absolutely reliable about other people's property and it should not be for free.
