Hello, guys!
You won't believe it: My gearbox problem is gone !!!! He drives like new, really true !! I'm sure you want to know why. Here we go.

I had written here a few weeks ago that my automatic is no longer switching correctly (very rough switching operations) and that I often run out at intersections of the engine because the first gear does not fly in.

So I was really in the workshop a dozen times, they checked everything (really everything, they told me at least). I really didn't know any more advice, had already agreed to have to install another gearbox !!!
Well, I just wanted to swap the gear oil with my buddy this weekend. Car warmed (30 km), oil measuring rod in and out again......what I see: a fart-rock measuring rod *SCHOCK* ! Half a litre in, run 20 seconds in position "N" at increased speed, drive 500m, I could not believe my eyes: "FURZTROCKEN". After 1.5 liters my eyes were getting bigger, where is the broth going??? Still fart-rocking! Long speech, short meaning, after 2.5 liters (hundred exclamation marks) we had finally reached the correct gear oil stand, I drove a brand new car. All switching operations are buttery soft, no more engine death, just rage at my workshop... First of all, a box of beer is crushed and then sent for head-shaking by my wife *grins*.

I guess my workshop didn't come up with the idea of controlling the oil level.

Maybe any of you have the same problem? I can only advise you, buy all of you this oil measuring rod, the gear will leak over time.

Hi Matthias
