today I need your help before I may start an expensive mispurchase.
I recently got H&R feathers for my V8, which were made of an S6 Bj 96, but also fit (UND are approved) to our V8, so far so good.
But the shock absorbers, wanted to change them immediately, if the spring leg has to get out anyway, then it is a wash up and cheaper. And with my back, I can't do it myself anyway. Fit the serial dampers from a 96 S6 V8 also in our V8 suspension legs.
As far as I know, the 44s, C4s and D11s were all the same?
However, the parts numbers are different with Audi from S6 and V8, which does not always have anything to say.
Who's been through this before?
Besides, I want to finally get the AHK to the car, because has any of you actually installed the modified shock absorbers or can this also be done with the previously installed shock absorbers? These things cost a fortune anew.
Or has someone still quite new serial dampers respectively. - You're lying around with the shock absorbers?
I didn't really find anything in the search.
