Switching rope Automatic Capped!!! !Change tips

Hello
I am again.
Just coming out of the garage of the thickness makes kicking first he didn't want to start with the new chip now he does it again without any problem until now.

Then I once switched the gears through and I noticed that he does not go back to P.

Then I looked at the thing from below and saw that The train is broken at the bottom of the plastic not the train itself.He doesn't come in now because of it and therefore he doesn't go back.

So my question how do I change the thing best and fastest?Is the rope somehow split or screwed?

I can't imagine it because they built the car at Audi to make money.As slowly as I lose patience with the thing every day a new problem maybe takes the time an end, because I want to drive the V8 again.

Maybe you have a clue about the matter.
