comfort closure

somehow my comfort lock does not work perfectly. the following word is used in the operating instructions:

"Comfort Resolution
When closing the vehicle, press the Send button until all windows and sliding/exhibiting roof* are closed. When releasing the transmission key, the closing process is immediately stopped."

So, the following happens to me: I can connect and close the vehicle with both car keys, both manually and by radio. at the conclusion this is also acknowledged as intended by a short hupton. if I now manually lock the vehicle and hold the key to the right in the position "Close", the comfort lock works perfectly and it closes all four windows and the sliding roof. if I close the vehicle by infrared now, and hold down the send bar, there are two different things that happen. either the vehicle locks and unlocks alternately or the second variant is that the vehicle locks and the comfort lock begins to use, however, during its ap prupt stops. as further information I can tell you that variant one and two(so the constant unlock and that the comfort that is to be used) does not change, but occurs irregularly. Furthermore, I can say that in case of the comfort closure, it interrupts you to different positions (i.e. times). of course the batteries are new and I have also synchronized both keys. Could someone give me a tip where the source of the error might be?
