I do not want to complain about the gasoline consumption of my V8 3.6l automatic, it is still within the scope. What I am surprised, however, is that after every turning off of the engine, the tank indicators suddenly show less fuel than normal. Especially when it's cold. Besides, it smells like gas occasionally. Is it possible that a hose is leaking somewhere, and perhaps the petrol line is running out or pumped out of gas when it starts? Is there any special connections that can leak?

springt er denn schlecht an ,mußt du lange orgeln ?
das wäre ein Indiz dafür,das die Spritleitungen leerlaufen.
Ansonsten könnte es auch der Tank sein ,der sich während der Fahrt zusammen zieht (Unterdruck), und im Stand wieder in den normal Zustand springt (defektes Ventil im Tank).Das würde zumindest die schwankende Tankanzeige erklären und das er nicht mehr Sprit braucht als sonst.
