Ich tippe da mal auf das ATF samt Filterwechsel. Schaden kann´s auf keinen Fall!

Wird´s denn weniger oder verschwindet, wenn das Öl warm ist?

Warum soll das Steuergerät sich "umprogrammieren" vom Stehen??? Kann ich mir nicht vorstellen!!!

Wie soll denn das vonstatten gehen: Auf Null stellen? Wer macht das? Die VAG-Werkstatt???

Genau , reiner Schwachsinn !!
Ölwechsel mit Filtersieb machen und dann sollte er , beim richtigen Ölstand , weich schalten . Das Steuergerät hat NULL einfluss auf das einrasten (Schalten) der Gänge sondern nur auf die Schaltparameter (Schaltzeitpunkte in Abhänginkeit vom Lastzustand und Geschwindigkeit) .
Bei solchen Symptomen fehlt meist nur Öl !!

Nee! Da gibt´s einen Resetknopf im Kofferraum!(rechts neben dem Can-Bus und der Brennstoffzelle. Nicht links!!! Da ist der Flux-Kompensator! ) ........ich konnte es mir nicht verkneifen....

Mal im ernst! Das was er dir erzählt hat ist Müll! Es kann ja nicht Festrosten!! Ich würde mit einem ATF Ölwechsel (mit Sieb) anfangen und da gleich mal schauen ob´s irgentwo tropft! Wenn´s dann noch so ruckt solltest du mal denn Fehlerspeicher auslesen.
